The project is a six-floor building with five apartments and an office, all having unobstructed sea views of Grand Harbor and Valletta Waterfront. There are two swimming pools on the roof, one of which will be sold together with the top-floor apartment. Access to another pool will be provided to the owners of the other four apartments. Typical layout includes an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area, two/three bedrooms, bathrooms and ensuite facilities, and balconies. All common parts, lift and roof will be highly finished and apartments will be sold in shell form but they all will be provided with the services (water, electrical and plumbing).
