The ground-floor is split on two levels where one can find a large living/dining area featuring massive limestone arches, in Maltese “hnejja, a typical feature found in old local farmhouses, as one of the main architectural features of the house. A modern stark white kitchen equipped with all modern cooking amenities stands to the side of the living area. A large dining table seating eight people is situated on one side of this large room. A big wooden/glass door at the back of the living area opens up to the pool and deck area. Typical Maltese rubble walls surround the property offering a truly Mediterranean experience and privacy without spoiling the majestic views. Adding character to the house are the stone stairways which lead to the first and second floor. The first floor leads you to two bedrooms and another two rooms leading to the bedrooms, which can be used as a relaxing sitting room. Along the corridor one finds another stairway leading to a bedroom on the second floor. The property has three bedrooms and sleeps 6. The two main bedrooms, each with their own terrace offer the breath taking panorama of countryside Mediterranean sea. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with one of the main bedrooms also having a whirlpool bath. At ground-floor one can also find another bathroom close to the living area.
