Dhalia Awards Night 2021: Celebrating Dhalia’s Growth As A Company Through Its Employees
For another consecutive year, we have celebrated this year’s Awards Night on the 3rd of August at The Sheer Bastion, Isla.
The Awards Night event commenced with a heartfelt speech by Dhalia’s CEO Alan Grima, who talked about the hardships of the pandemic and how, “thanks to our collaborative forces and amazing team, we have come out stronger, wiser and more equipped to face new horizons.” Grima elaborated how Dhalia’s 15 branches across Malta & Gozo offer exceptional customer service and over 30,000 property options. Dhalia’s CEO also highlighted how the company has started to offer an exclusive service to aspiring real-estate professionals – the Accredited Training Centre. The centre offers courses for Real Estate Agents to be properly licensed, as now required by 2020’s Property Consultants Act.
Following CEO Alan Grima’s speech, a video was presented – featuring Dhalia’s projects and initiatives over the past year.
The evening then proceeded to the announcement of the winners for Dhalia Awards Night 2021. The Awards included the presentation of certificates for the best performing letting and sales agents. Employee Tokens were also given to the various individuals, including managers, and their assistants and Head Office employees. The company also emphasised how every single employee is crucial to Dhalia’s success, and their input encourages Dhalia to grow further.

Top Contributor to the Inventory Award Winner – Mario Vella from St Julian’s Branch
Top Letting Consultant Award Winner – Joanna Polidano from Fgura Branch
Top Number of Sales Award Winner – Manuel Bartolo from Santa Venera Branch
Chairman’s Recognition Award Winner – Gerald Gouder from St Julian’s Branch
Top Manager Winner – Konrad Sultana from Marsaskala Branch
Top Sales Consultant Award Winner – David John Dimech from Marsaskala Branch
Both Konrad and David have won these awards for the past 4 years.
The awards ceremony was followed by dinner and drinks between all Dhalia staff.
